When I called the lady I spoke with Destiny was very polite and informative I would recommend using their service . Thanks

Great response time over the phone and scheduled service right away

I located Arwood Waste on the internet in search of restroom trailer for an upcoming 4th of July event. Bekah was my contact. She was quick to ascertain my needs, and sent me both a quote and pictures of the various trailers that would be available. She was also very quick to respond to my emails and was easily available by phone. The cost of the restroom trailer is also reasonable and more affordable. As a family-owned & operated business, I appreciate that Arwood Waste is also the same, which made working with them more plausible.

Becca was outstanding! Thank you for the great service!

First, I was courteously routed to the correct department that would handle my concern. A very nice lady greeted me and asked what could she do to help. She said her name was Chatty. I had the most pleasurable experience talking to Chatty about our need for a Porta-Potty. We needed one of there units due to our Well sustaining damage by Hurricane Michael. Piney Grove has scheduled the service in three days to install me as their pastor. We are a small congregation located in Arlington, Ga. on Piney Grove Church Rd. This is a fairly new address which has not been completely undated in the GPS. The address of the church was formally Thompson Farm Rd/CR 99 which makes it difficult to find now that the name of the road has been changed. Chatty wanted to make sure that the unit got to the right location. She discovered that there are churches in several states that has the name Piney Grove and is located on Piney Grove Rd. We laughed and talked about our life as she continued to look up the address using Thompson Farm Rd. Finally, "OH YEAH! I found it" she said. While she was looking for the church location we got to know each other on a personal basis. We finalized the sale and exchanged goodbyes. I don't know whether I will meet Chatty face to face in this life but I can say this. I called Arwood Waste and Demolition to fulfill a need for our church. A stranger answered the call but a friend said goodbye. Thank you AW&D for your sincere concern for your customers.

Great, high quality service! We have been working with Arwood Waste for a couple of months now in the Knoxville, TN area through roll off services. We use orange dumpsters all over the east TN area for any construction work. This includes remodeling, demolition, new construction, and any other type of job. We love working with Arwood! They keep the process simple and are easy to work with!
