Called and left messages with a DIFFERENT company, no answer for days. Finally called Arwood waste and received a prompt answer. SHELBY was friendly and more than willing to help me with what I needed. My roll off dumpster is even being delivered 1 day earlier than expected. Excellent service and communication. Excellent respond time and love how easy it is to pay bill

I just signed up with Arwood Waste and was pleasantly surprised to be greeted by a very friendly and courteous sales associate. She explained everything in detail, ensured I understand and made me feel good about choosing Arwood as my curbside waste pickup service. I was surprised at the low cost of services. I would highly encourage anyone to sign up with Arwood.

I spoke with Amber on 3/20/19 and I can honestly say she was a delight to work with. She was able to look up all my information from the prior year and confirm all the information in a very timely manor. Outstanding customer service. Amber great work.

If the company standards are as good as my initial contact with Amber, I will be a happy customer. I called in to schedule a delivery and service. Amber was very customer service focused and worked with me. She represented the company in a professional manner, spoke clearly (important to hearing impaired customers) and gave understandable responses to my questions.

I just signed on to arwood waste and haven’t had the opportunity to experience their services yet but their customer service has been a pleasure and the prices are similar to competitors. Keep you posted once I’ve received the cans!
