Rented a dumpster through the website which was very user friendly. Was a little concerned at first, because communication confirming the rental came a few days after the payment was withdrawn from my account. However, the company that handled my dumpster and the driver, Joey, made the whole experience positive. Would suggest a personal connection in addition to a generic confirmation email.

Recently I used ASAP Site Services to clean out my parents home in Wimberley,Tx. Due to circumstances with that the Covid virus a lot of companies have gone to remote work days so sometimes everybody is not on the same page which was my situation and I gave them a not so shining a low rating. Mr. Shea Drury contacted me and after hearing my displeasure, uttered the words "Mr. Hall what can I do to make this right?" We came to mutual agreement that the issue would be taken care of to my satisfaction which it was. Give this upstart company an opportunity to service your needs I assure you that you will not be disappointed. At this point everything has gone very well with the set up to get the unit. I feel this review should be sent after I have at least had the unit delivered or even do this review after the whole process is completed. It's hard to give a review on just a few emails.
