delivered as requested, but poor communication experience

There are 2 main issues that I encountered that were irksome: first, the salesperson was incredibly unprofessional (yelling to other phone operators, making remarks to themselves about how the computer system was not working well, continually calling me "miss" or "ma'am" when I had already corrected the person multiple times and after we had 4 conversations on the phone! Second, both this operator and another person informed me the price would include the delivery of the units, and I asked 3 times if that included the distance to the location I was requesting, and they confirmed. After placing the order, I received a follow up email indicating the charge essentially doubled to include mileage to the location I had requested. In follow up they stated delivery was included but they had not considered the mileage. I pointed out that I clarified 3 times and each time was assured it would include the distance to my location. They were more than willing to let me choose another company than honor their original quote. I was disappointed. BTW- if you miss them on the phone and have to leave a msg, they direct you to their website for a $50 discount, which is a nice service. I wish the rest of the service had been consistent with that spirit.

UPDATE: 7/11/17 I finally received an email stating the holding tank was scheduled to be delivered on 7/10/17. I was skeptical since it was supposed to arrive 7/6 and wasn't and no one could tell me why and it wasn't delivered on the 7th either. Then I received a call on 7/10 around noon asking if I still wanted the tank. I replied "yes if it's actually going to arrive today". And thankfully it did. To date (7/21) all has been fine and we're receiving the service we were promised. WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER: 7/7/17 This transaction went from a 5 star to ZERO if I could. Order placed last week, item never received nor could they tell me when or if the order would be fulfilled. Just a bunch dodging the subject. Then, the person I spoke with was all attitude...don't be a witch to me and then tell me calling me Ma'am is respectful. Their wasn't an ounce of respect or understanding given in the conversation I just had. Tank never showed yesterday after waiting 12 hours for it. Called this morning. Someone will call you in two hours...never happened. Tank never showed up today either and little Miss Sunshine told me their was nothing they could do! Thanks Arwood for the big old middle finger you just gave me on a Friday afternoon!. SUCCESSFUL RESERVATION PROCESS 6/28. Reservation Representative, Zania was great...easy ordering process and great straight forward pricing.

The customer service person was very friendly and I had my order taken within a few minutes. I was later contacted and told that they were running behind schedule and the chem toilet would be delivered a day later than scheduled. I was okay with this as I had added a one day cushion for delivery ( it was a good job too!). The toilet finally arrived by late morning, my crew had been on site for a few hours already. Attempting to get the chem toilet picked up was very frustrating! Many phone calls and e mails were sent. I never got to the "right" person, or someone who could take care of it. I was promised a pick- up and another week later, it still hadn't happened. The toilet is still waiting for a pick- up two and a half weeks after my first request, I only hope they don't start a new billing cycle!

All in all friendly and timely with info. However, left out some details in regards to costs.

The website was a little tough to work with. It added other items to the page for me add onto my order during the checkout process at the top of the page so if I hadn't scrolled all the way down I would have figure out that it was taking through the checkout process. And when you select a date on the calendar for drop off it fills it in but comes back as an error when you try to process payment because it doesn't fill the box in with the correct format.

Phone service was fast and courtious

Have been expecting a portable toilet for over a week and still waiting.
