AsanaReviews of asana.com

We use and love Asana. Too many people try to manage tasks and communications for projects within email and it just doesn't work. Asana for business processes, Jira for development. That's how we roll.

I've been using Asana as a free user for a number of years - for my own personal projects as well as for other organisations. I love that you can link accounts, but would love it even more if I could see a personal overview for all my tasks across all workspaces. I would be more inclined to pay for the premium features if they were offered for single users, but as they're not, I don't feel much temptation to purchase them, and make do with using free Asana. There is a bit of a learning curve and it can take some time to find the best way to set up certain projects and bring people on-board, but after a few cycles of a particular project, it is well worth it. I just love that I no longer have to repeatedly go through chains of emails, reading in-line responses, and trying to see if I've acted on or followed up on all the points in each email. Keeping each thing in a task where conversations can be focused is fantastic. The app has been improving also, the site has been getting faster, etc.

Amazing tool! One of the best, i tried a lot of differnet tools for tracking an planing for my company, but asana is the best. It is so great how much things you can do with it, track how much of the task is done, see how much tasks each person have, have different borads and everything!

At a high-level, we use it to organize and prioritize all of the tasks for Landing Lion's 4 primary verticals.

Excelente herramienta para la administración de tareas en equipo. ¡Excelente!
