Had a horrible experience with customer service, going back and forth for over a month trying to coordinate the migration from one account to another. The representative took up to 4 days to respond to some of my emails. Most of the communication from the rep was clearly scripted, as he often repeated the same exact script to multiple different emails and questions. The migration was finally scheduled. However I got no confirmation it was complete. When I signed into my account, nothing had changed. I am trying to reach out to support again - knowing I probably wont hear back for another couple of days. My company pays for a premium membership and this has been a disastrous experience as a paying client.

Asana provided me with probably the worst experience with an online 'trial' of a product that I have had to suffer through since the beginning of the internet - and yes I am that old. For a product that proposes efficiency in project management it managed to bury the cancel trial function so deep under an infinite loop of impossibilities that it literally drove me mad. I have always said you can tell how honest an IT outfit is by how deep it buries the cancel button, how easy it is to upgrade and how impossible it makes ending auto account payments. On these metrics Asana is the most corrupt outfit I've had the misfortune to engage with.

I am strictly rating chat and support. I have historically been a fan of asana. When it came time to try and get support, my first attempt was in chat. This was one of those Groundhog's Day experiences where you are put into a worthless loop that is a giant waste of time that took four forced interactions with a bot to find out. Currently, I have begun to establish my platform loyalties by how accessible and effective customer support is. It is incredibly frustrating to be trapped in a corner on a platform with no viable option for assistance. I hope Base Camp or one of the other options has better support.

The software is ok, but the support is a team of crooks who talk nicely (email) but do nothing to help you. The biggest problem is to give them my paypal account and they charged on two assigned credit cards (two identical payments) and now they no longer reply to my emails to refund the second payment that was abusively made by them. They promise that some team needs to analyze something and will definitely reimburse it, but it's already more than a month passed and there are no responses from them. A team of scamers.

You cant cancel with these guys... they are proper crooks. Sorry but there is a nicer word. No cancellation menu. They ask you to contact the and when you do they block your IP. AWFUL.

I've got what seems a fairly simple request - the only solution is - according to the Asana support portal to contact Asana support - but nowhere is there a contact email for Asana support - I keep getting routed back to the support portal. Just tried emailing sales as they do have a contact point. Bad user experience so far Asana

Bad customer service. There is a bug in their system, I contacted them a few times and they send automatic responses with the link to a blog article that doesn't help.
