Hi Inna and thanks for sharing your feedback with us! Our Business plans are indeed a little more expensive than our Premium plans as they give you access to more powerful and advanced features, but the vast majority of updates we've released in the past year were available for all our paid plans (and in a lot of cases to our free plan too!). If you'd like to re-explore our Business offer, please reach out to our sales team (asana.com/support) who will be more than happy to advise you with the best solution for your team! We've also taken note of your feedback regarding your experience with our support team. We always aim to provide each customer with the best level of support and it looks like we've missed the mark here, so we'll be using your feedback as part of our quality training program.
