Deleted my account 2 years ago, yet I still get emails. Tried to get connected to support to remove my information from their databases. But of course it's impossible. Instead you have use their stupid, useless chatbot. They also try to force you to log in to contact support. So I would need to create an account in order to tell them to delete my information? What a garbage company. I will never recommend this company and will advise all my colleagues to stay away from them.

Asana actually works pretty well for managing projects and task lists. HOWEVER. They suck you in with a free trial and then automatically inject paid features into your projects--which they don't tell you are paid--and you CANNOT remove once your trial is over. This locks all your projects completely unless you are willing to get a subscription. Let's talk about the subscription. "$10.99/month" it screams. Except that's PER SEAT, for an annual subscription paid upfront, and it's a minimum of 2 seats, and they default you to 5 at signup unless you go in to a separate edit window to change it. Overall, typical SaaS ens***ification aimed at squeezing money out of people by any scummy means possible.

Well noway to delete my account. I don't know how I have been hacked into this. Newsletter without unsubscribe... This is dishonest.

Requesting help from their support team is completely ineffective. Even simple administrative requests go weeks without follow up let alone any actual help. I would not consider this platform for my business again.

Never had a harder time cancelling a service. The app is good, but be transparent. The company is like a dragon hoarding its gold.

Worse client experience I have ever received. I have to say that they don't proof read emails or get back to you on the matters you actually contacted them about. Glitchy functionality of the programme too at the best of times as soon as you have multiple users. So if you're looking to use it as a dashboard on team calls, look elsewhere. No help offered and the subscription model is a joke. Won't be continuing past my current commitment.

Really disappointed with their subscription terms. No other SaaS these days reject refund when changing plans on the day of the payment. I need the smaller plan and only realised that the day when they payment's gone. These things happen and i requested a refund to be downgraded immediately rather than paying for feature i don't need. They rejected the request and said that i will be on the higher plan for another month. No other SaaS locks you in higher plan when it is clearly stated that this is not needed.

I used the free Asana offering a few years ago. Since I'm a solopreneur, I didn't need all the group task management, so it did the job of tracking projects and sending reminders. After I spent most of a day two weeks ago working out a calendar for my master's dissertation, everything disappeared when my free trial ended. I was allowed to "downgrade," but I can't access the one project I had done. I am very, very unhappy!!!
