I would give it negative stars if I could. This program automatically upgrades your subscription and makes it extremely difficult and confusing to cancel or downgrade. It charged me over $50 today because I accidentally upgraded while wading through confusing screens. The ‘chat’ support is even worse. Refunds are impossible. But I’m not through fighting for one.

Spamming the hell outta my inbox. a consistent email every 3-4 days all trying to get me back onto the site. I only "joined" because i thought they were something they weren't. I haven't touched the site since the day i made the damn account, ive now marked their emails as spam so gmail will block them from now on, i recommend everyone do so as well.

Billing us for 10 users without heads up and very impersonal customer service

Three very important things: 1) Customer support: There is no support, not even chat support with Asana. The only option you have is to submit a ticket. This is especially irritating if you are looking to purchase a plan. They don't even have live sales support! 2) Single license: It is not possible to purchase a single license. So, if you are a sole proprietor or single person startup, you can only buy two licenses which is asinine. 3) Trial: Based on the above, if you try the trial and use any of the paid features, all of your content will be GONE when your trial is up. In order to get it back, you have to purchase the minimum two licenses. So, their $10.99/seat is more than a bit misleading as your minimum cost is going to be $25/month. Try Trello for a similar experience without all the hassle.

Zero customer support. You can filed multiple tickets and no one has once responded to any of them. They constanly change and update the app with no warning which changes all the functionality and screws up all your projects and systems - often with no way to correct them. Constantly making changes to the app and desktop where none of the features work the same.

Asana's automatic domain linking feature has been a complete debacle, causing endless headaches. The setup for their organisations and workspaces is just as problematic. It seems like whoever designed these features thought they were creating something clever, but they didn't consider how it would affect the user experience. The result is a frustrating mess that makes it very difficult. I'd suggest considering other tools that prioritise user-friendliness and functionality.

Really misleading subscription, I thought I selected a yearly option for roughly $100 which I was happy to pay for personal organisation. I then found out they were charging me this monthly, which is outrageous for one person using it for personal purposes; I asked for a refund so I could repurchase a year, they’ve refused me. I’m never using them again - people these days have no care in the World for a creating trust and building loyal, long term customers it’s all misleading traps and cash grabs with no refund policies. Absolutely furious - I still wanted to use Asana just purchase a year instead of the month with my money refunded or used as credit; and instead they ended up losing a customer who will never use their product again on principle.

The product is good but similar products available. The support is really, really poor. Responses takes weeks, no ticket numbers are initially provided, you have to wait for the first response. Changing payment methods and reducing licenses is nearly impossible.
