On feb 2025 I ordered the Arzopa Z1FC Monitor from this website, after I received the monitor, I test it with my Console and Laptop. There HDMI port was flickering every 2/3 minutes and it had one nasty dead pixel in the centre of the screen. I tried 3 different HDMI cables and non on them solved the problem. I tried contacting them by sending an email and adressing the problem. They asked me for video's and pictures which I provided them directly. After that, NOTHING. They started ignoring my e-mails. They just refuse to let me return this faulty monitor, even after reporting the problem within 48 hours! I will make a case of it and will not let them steal my money and send me a faulty product. If I could I would put 0 stars I would. My order was never delivered, tried reaching out for a solution for several days and have gotten NO responses! + No refund!

I had to write several times before I got a response and am waiting on follow up.

The advertisement states delivery in 3 days. I ordered on November 26th, and today (December 1st), I haven't received my purchase. Customer service says it's on the way... They are scamming people!!!

I bought the Arzopa Z1RC in Europe from their own website, but I warn anyone to NOT do that. My monitor broke down after just 2 weeks, it just blinks different colors now when I try to use it. When I try to contact Arzopa I get this message: "Message blocked Your message to (I can´t put their email here cause trustpilot doesn´t allow email addresses) has been blocked. See technical details below for more information. LEARN MORE Warning! This link will take you to a third-party site" I also tried writing on their chat and it denied me.

The product was very poorly packaged. There was nothing to cushion the monitor screen in the shipping box, so when the box arrived damaged in transit, the product was also damaged. Very disappointed.

Ruined my nanas birthday item never arrived. Customer service ignored messages

Azorpa products are absolutely fine, their Customer Service not so fine! They do not answer mails, they do not accept returns, they ship from Amazon in Germany but demand returns to be shipped to China, which is quite laboriously and costs almost as much as the item!! So I would rather place my order by another vendor e.g. Uperfect
