Great product. Took an extra month to ship the sleeve that was ordered.

I made my order direct from their website for the Arzopa Z1RC monitor on sale, it was ordered Aug 19th and shipped Aug 20th. I was a little nervous because I ordered from their website but received an Amazon tracking number, the tracking number did not work for me and I grew weiry. When I checked TrustPilot today it made me more nervous, however my screen arrived this morning (Aug 21st). I hooked it up to my Raspberry PI 4B to help monitor a home lab and it's working perfectly so far. The box had a little damage but did not damage the screen, the monitor will stand on a table permanantly so will not really be testing the open/close of the stand. Dropped 1 star on the review simply for the order tracking, the tracking number not working really did make me nervous.

My monitor came fast but the case and stand took much longer. Over all I’m pleased with everything even the customer service response was in a timely manner.

Easy to use, my laptop needed a tweak to settings. If using included stand need a flat surface.

Pros: The brightness and colors are great, as advertised. The high refresh rate makes the viewing experience enjoyable. Build quality seems to be good and the accessories too will withstand the test of time. The display is shockingly light, which is good for a portable display. Cons: The major con is the display panel is not good. there is a lot of backlight glow at the corners, which hampers the experience when using this display in the dark. The display feels very delicate because of how light and thin it is. My Conclusion: I would keep my display as it offers great value for around 100 USD. I also would like to see better portable monitors from Arzopa with better-quality panels in the future. with features like touchscreen, freesync, auto-rotate, and panels with better blacks.
