Scam company who do not send the product at all. Never buy from this scam company.

Do not order from this company. Their customer service is horrible, the product is junk – and they do not stand by their product. I ordered their monitor (Arzopa Z3FC 16.1 2.5k 180Hz) directly from the company (they stated on their website that there were numerous reasons to order from them, rather than from Amazon, including their customer service and an extended warranty). When the product arrived it did not work out of the box – and it did not even look new. There was no transparent film on the monitor surface to be peeled off. When I tried to plug my usb cable from my laptop into the monitor – it would not sit or stay in – at all. I tried everything – went to the website and completed every possible trouble shooting procedure. I emailed the company (there is no customer service phone number), describing in great detail what was wrong, and when they got back to me, it was as though they hadn’t read my letter at all. They asked me to do the things that I had already tried and when I did – they wrote back and asked me to do it again. This went on for four or five exchanges. They were still not satisfied and asked me to record a video and send it to them. I was perplexed at what kind of video I could send – and they (after more exchanges) told me they wanted a video of me inserting the cables into the monitor. What? I did that and after a few more exchanges they agreed to take the monitor back. However, they said they had no way to reimburse me for the shipping. So they sent a used, nonfunctioning monitor and I had to pay for the shipping or get a paypal account (which I have no intention of doing). Thay said they could send me a new one – but I’d still have to pay for the shipping – and if the new one didn’t work…. Yes, I’d have to pay to send that back as well. This was the most frustrating company that I’ve ever had to deal with. The email exchange consisted of over 16 emails. I am out over $30 for shipping – but I suppose that is a cheap price to pay to learn to never order anything from this company again. So disappointed.

NUL BIDON ARNAQUE

The company just lie lie lie lie , monitors are dangerous, I got an electric shook n 2nd degree burns from the monitor February 8th 2026 I wrote my review Seller responds 2nd June 2026 lmao issue was solved months ago after an absolute headache

I have bought a screen from them in may 2025. The screen stand already broke in november 2025. I asked for a replacement because i had warranty on it. they didn't want to do that before i send the product back to them. Customer service very unfriendly. first they told me to send it to england and after 2 day they said they were wrong and i had to send it to madrid. Very sketchy. In januari i send the broken product to madrid (it cost me 36€ from belgium). after i told them this they told me the refund will only be 80% and they only repay the shipping kost for 10€ max. after a week of waiting for my refund and still haven't received, i contacted them again. they said there was some issue with the payment and asked for a paypall account. note that it was their own policy to ONLY refund to the account the product was paid with. I told them i don't have paypall and would like the be refunded on my bank account. They suggested me to use a family or friends paypall account to make the refund. At the time of writing this i still have not received any refund. VERY UNPROFFESIONAL UNTRUSTWORTHY COMPANY. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!

So far I am regretting ordering from Arzopa website. Customer service has been horrible. They claimed my monitor has shipped so I cannot make further changes. 3 business days later, tracking number they gave me for UPS show nothing has been shipped. Tried contacting support but get an AI reply. Chat on website got me nowhere. Not shopping with Arzopa again.

I just started using my monitor because I was waiting for my mac mini to come in. My monitor keeps flickering and won't turn on!! I have tried all of the troubleshooting tips, and nothing is working.

I did not receive the monitor.
