After reading several customer reviews, one in particular stood out to me: “This online store gives the impression of being a high-end, curated art boutique, with premium pricing to match. However, the reality is far from it. The products are of shockingly low quality and are shipped directly from China, despite the website’s upscale branding.” Prompted by this, I did some research of my own. I found the exact same product images on AliExpress, often listed at a fraction of the price — in some cases, up to 85 times cheaper. I also checked Google Maps to see whether ArtZMiami operates any physical showroom, warehouse, or retail location, but no such premises appear to exist. Concerned about authenticity, I emailed ArtZMiami on 18 September 2025 using the contact address provided on their website, asking whether their products were sourced from AliExpress. Despite clear evidence and a reasonable inquiry, the store never replied. Based on my findings, other customer experiences, and the lack of transparency in communication, I would caution potential customers to conduct thorough research before purchasing, as you may end up receiving low-quality, mass-produced products shipped directly from China — a stark contrast to the high-end, boutique image that ArtZMiami promotes.

Just spend 190£ quality not found 🤣 Bought the bathroom rug which was a 68£ Normally in the shop I would pay for that a maximum 5£ 😅. Will not shopping on this site again. Avoid it or 90% you will be disappointed. Waited for parcel 3 weeks.
