Very bad customer service and I ordered 2 times on August 12 and today is Sept 7 I still have not received my order sent them emails no one every responds I will never purchase anything from them again

I bought one of their mirrors for $4500. It took a while but arrived in good condition. The issue is pricing. After I ordered i found it on another site for a $1000 less at Aliexpress Same mirror. They are not very competitive. Suggest you do a through search before you give them an order. I should have done more research. Their order 3375007

Regarding pricing, while there are visually similar stainless steel mirrors available online, not all stainless steel products are manufactured to the same standards. The mirror you purchased is hand-forged using substantially thicker stainless steel and a significantly higher-grade finish than the lower-cost alternatives commonly found online. These differences are often difficult to identify from photographs alone, but they have a major impact on durability, structural integrity, and long-term appearance. Our stainless steel mirrors are designed to maintain their beauty and performance for decades and, with proper care, can last well over 100 years. By contrast, many lower-cost products are manufactured using thinner materials and lower-quality finishing processes, which can lead to discoloration, fading, corrosion, peeling, or other forms of deterioration within just a few years. In fact, we regularly hear from customers who initially purchased less expensive alternatives elsewhere and after experiencing premature wear and quality issues, end up replacing their "cheaper" mirrors with our stainless steel mirrors. Ordered from what I thought was a local gallery. It is not. There is an address and a phone number in Miami so I thought I was ordering from an independently owned place (supporting small business). When my shipped item had not shown up in two weeks, I tracked via the order. I got a China shipping and an Australia shipping. Then I got a weird "cannot deliver" notice. I contacted ArtzMiami and was told I needed to follow up with the shipping company to clear the mishap. I have asked to cancel the order because I never meant to order from China, and I am still waiting. Do NOT buy from here if you think you're buying non-mass-produced items. You are not.

Firstly, let me begin by saying that the customer service department was actually really good and dealt with my issue fairly and quickly. However the quality of the product was very poor for the amount they were charging. The item was described as a painted statue and when it arrived it was obviously some sort of wrap. You could see the joints where it had been glued down and the colours were faded in places The two statues were very different in terms of colour saturation. The exact same products, I have since discovered, are available on several other sites for roughly 1/3 of the price on this site. They get two stars because of their customer service but the actual product I would give one star .

Thank you for your review Paul. I'm very sorry that you did not love the items that you purchased. I'm happy that customer service was able to resolve your problem quickly and to your satisfaction. :) In the case of the items that you purchased, the artist hand paints a film which is then hand applied to the sculpture. No two are exactly the same, although the artist keeps them in the same color "theme", according to the color option that you choose. We only sell our art on our website. As with everything these days, there may be sellers online that sell cheap knock offs.
