Terrible company. My first order was sent to another address and they said they'd make another order if I paid the shipping again. I did and it STILL didn't come to my address even though I clarified several times. Awful service and since I haven't seen my artwork I can't comment on that.

I am convinced that the five star reviews are folks paid by the company to submit them. The frames are advertised as “wood”, however they are molded pulp. The front of the frame wrapped over with printed adhesive made to look like a wood finish. Hence, the corners were damaged and even peeling away upon arrival. The mounting kit had two different sized screws and one nail, two of which were too long to use for mounting without either going through the front of the frame or jutting out into the wall. It is clearly incredibly cheap quality and a little bit of moisture will ruin it.

We appreciate you taking the time to share your detailed feedback regarding the frames. We are truly sorry to hear about the issues you experienced with the material, the damaged corners, and the mounting kit. We are reviewing your comments internally to address these concerns and improve our product quality.

Why did this notice of delivery show up today 5/16/2026 in my mailbox. I have not recently ordered anything from you. Nothing was delivered to my home address. What is going on here?
Response from ArtToFramesMay 26, 2026
We appreciate you bringing this to our attention. We have recently been updating our confirmation emails, and a few were mistakenly sent for orders that had already been completed. I am currently working with our IT department to have this issue addressed. I sincerely apologize for the confusion and any inconvenience this may have caused.

After three months, the frame broke and fell off my wall. When I contacted customer service about getting a replacement, they said I would need to cover the cost of shipping. When I responded saying that I didn't think I should have to cover the cost of shipping, they said that I waited too long to respond to their email and that they could only offer me a 15% off coupon on a future purchase.

We would like the opportunity to review this again and see how we can make it right. Please contact us with your order information and a photo of the broken frame, including the sticker on the back, so our team can take another look. Thank you for your feedback."

Crappy and broken but no time to get a replacement as it was for a gift, I repaired and painted a basically pressed paper frame together like an idiot and I’m still pissed off about it and I keep getting emails to review it after multiple times unsubscribing. Could have just gone to Michael’s for this price

Please contact us with your order information and, if possible, a photo of the damage and the sticker on the back of the frame so our team can take another look. Poor Quality Ordered a wood frame, and received a plastic wood-look-a like despite increased price. Poor quality. Tried to return, but the return process is so cumbersome and costly, it is not worth my time or energy. Stick to black or white frames, then you won't be disappointed. (my first two orders were acceptable.) Also, one of the other frames was incorrect size. Once again, return process not realistic.
