I have two of these frames that I ordered previously and ordered two more to add to my collection in my office. They have changed the finish, and these frames are really not gold. I did contact customer service expecting to receive a refund and they refused. Do not order these expecting a gold frame. The ones I received do not look like the ones I had ordered prior and I am stuck with frames I cannot use.

Damaged in shipment. Not delivered. No communication.

I keep getting spam mail from you. I appreciate you removing me from your spam mail. I ordered one thing I did not want 100 emails.

Never received the frame.

This was a replacement frame for the first one that was delivered with the glass broken into multiple pieces & defect in frame corner. Second did arrive not broken but in an unmarked box that didn't say fragile or glass or breakable like they promised would be . Very cheaply made product, Defects in frame corner makes the frame unusable to some degree. I won't ever order from this company again. Too expensive for what you get.

I ordered a custom frame and was promised a tracking number when it shipped. I didn't receive one after some time, so looked into my order online. The tracking number associated with my order "didn't belong to me" and I found out my frame was delivered to an address in another state!

Package took 4 months to arrive. I'm not exaggerating. By the time my package arrived I'd already purchased something else. I imagine the return process as tedious as delivery was, so I don't have much hope of a smooth return.

I never received item.
