Many people here complain that communication is difficult when things go wrong. I can address that issue and the quality of their work. I have now placed six orders, and I will be placing more soon. One of my orders had two pieces that were not correct. It was not the fault of the printing. There was a website error that skewed the margins/cropping when I added the work to cart. (Be careful to review the thumbnail image in the cart). I was very concerned that this would become a huge hassle. But, I have spoken to customer service, and the lady who assisted me was lovely. I will provide another update when the replacements arrive, but they have been great. Second, the many other print/frame orders I have received have been beautiful. I have ordered some substantial frames that are very expensive and others that are less so, but I have not ordered any that are the cheapest. Based on my own experience so far, I have seen quality work and have been pleased. I did not read any reviews until something went wrong, and some of the reviews scared me. So far, I am pleased to report that things seem to be working well. I will write another review when I receive my replacements and my four other orders that are in process.

Frank, we really appreciate such a thoughtful review and your continued trust across several orders. We’re glad our customer service team was able to help with the two pieces affected by the website issue and that your other print and frame orders have turned out beautifully. We hope the replacements and the additional orders currently in progress continue that experience.

I ordered two frames for two new pieces of art, and I love them! The ordering process was easy, even with so many choices, price ranges, matting options, and glass finishes. I was able to find options that fit both my budget and my needs. The frames arrived well packaged, and I’m so happy with them! If you need frames, give these folks a try!
Response from ArtToFramesOct 18, 2026
Jeanne, we’re glad the different frame, mat, and glass options made it possible to find the right combination for both your artwork and your budget. It’s great to hear both frames arrived safely and that you love how they turned out.
