Placing the order was easy. Great choice. Keen price. Well packaged. No time, as yet, to unpack and frame the puzzle. Awaiting a time to get to work.

We’re glad the ordering process was easy and that you were happy with the selection, price, and packaging. We hope everything looks great once you have a chance to unpack the frame and finish your puzzle project.

Frame is absolutely perfect. I am highly disappointed where your carrier left the frame. If you look at the picture of the delivery. There is a porch RIGHT THERE! Plus there was a chance of rain that day. They couldn’t get their legs up two steps to put it out of the weather and off of the ground. Not happy about that at all. Frame is very good.

Lynn, we’re glad you’re happy with the frame itself, but leaving the package on the ground when a covered porch was just steps away is understandably disappointing, especially with rain in the forecast. We have shared your feedback with our shipping carrier. THANK YOU

I received the delivery notice 10 days after delivery So the package was in the rain overnight Thankfully the merchandise was not damaged
Response from ArtToFramesAug 16, 2026
We’re glad the merchandise wasn’t damaged, especially after the package was left in the rain overnight. Receiving the delivery notice 10 days after the actual delivery certainly isn’t ideal, and we appreciate you bringing this to our attention.

Very happy with my antique gold frame with beads and single mat border. Order and delivery process was all smooth. I probably could have found the frame cheaper elsewhere but not with custom mat.

The secondary mats I ordered are not the right color. I ordered a "coronado" brown color and got shiny copper. Not what I wanted. The packaging was done well to protect the mats.

Hi, Thank you for your feedback. We understand that you might have actually received the wrong item and we are sending you out a sample mat to see what you got and will take it from there.
