Wrong size glass sent, left me scrambling. I'm in a distant small town area, I relied this service. I ordered 18 x 24 glass and matting, was sent the wrong size glass and now I'm up a creek doing my best to figure out what to do to solve my issue in time. Won't use this company again. They provide one single service and failed.

this is my second order. the first was mediocre but passable. the only reason i use Art To Frames is the non-reflective/UV glass options. Well this time, the frame and glass are a complete mess.. the frame looks like a walmart special…and the glass is a disaster. it is unbelievable to even think it is non-reflective….and it is filthy. inside and out. so disappointed. $108 wasted.

I ordered a specific sized frame with no mat. I also ordered a lot of them. Their website autocorrected the size of my frame when I removed the mat and I got frames sent that were way too small. All they would offer me was a return where I had to pay an extra $180 in shipping or to keep the wrong sized frames and receive a 50% refund as store credit. When I messaged them about being unhappy about this resolution, they sent me an email meant for someone else and then another saying that they would not do anything to help me. They also have their return policy link incorrect on their website. Update: They have refunded my money, but I am still out the $300 shipping. In their response to me on this site, they said to send all the correspondence and contact customer service. Customer service was who I was already dealing with. They apologized, but they are not doing anything about the lost shipping funds. Their website autocorrects your sizing if you take out the mat. I did not need the mat because I already had mats. I did not notice the resize when I ordered and that is why I received the wrong size frame. They said that that is how they intend their website to be, so take extreme caution when you order if you decide to go with this company. I know I will not be using them.

Extremely disappointing. My frame arrived with very warped wood, not flat at all and not able to lay flush against a flat surface (lifted on one corner by about 4 inches). I reached out to customer service, with photos and a video, to request to exchange it. I was told I would not be able to exchange the item because they could not guarantee a replacement wouldn’t be damaged while shipping, and I would be eligible for a refund for the frame only and would not have the price of shipping refunded. Not only this but to qualify for this option they told me I would need to install the frame (including hardware) into my wall and take a photo of it before they could do anything, an insane request to damage my wall for an item I cannot use, and that would make shipping the item back much more difficult. It is a simple request to exchange something that arrives constructed incorrectly. I feel like they truly just wanted to steal my money and I am left with no functional frame to show for it.

The matting is great and so is the shipping. However, the quality of the frames is terrible. What is described on the website as a “maple” frame is actually a film/veneer of computer-generated maple grain pattern wrapped around a composite board core. This will be my last order from Art To Frames.

We’re glad the matting and shipping met your expectations, but we’re sorry the frame’s material and finish weren’t what you understood from the product description. The distinction between a maple-colored finish and solid maple should be clear before an order is placed. On Trac left my package in the road outside of a gated community where it was run over. On Trac has done this several times. No such issue with UPS, FedEx , etc
