I ordered a nice large frame (16" x 24") and had them print an image I scanned from a 35mm Kodachrome slide and mount my photograph. Somebody made a mistake when they printed my image, so when I brought it to their attention, they handled it with precision professionalism, fixing the problem, and as promptly as possible completed my order. I used them because about a year ago as a new customer I purchased a large frame with 2 masks for some artwork I had. I was able to use their online tool to upload my image, to "see what the mask(s) and frame will look like", which was a big help.
