Packaged very well. Received promptly. Very pretty frame and made nicely. My only negative is that the frame had a scratch on one side that I touched up.
Response from ArtToFramesSep 22, 2026
Karla, we’re glad the frame arrived promptly, well packaged, and looking beautiful. We’re sorry there was a scratch on one side, even though you were able to touch it up. We appreciate you sharing both the good and the not-so-good parts of your experience.

This is a great company to get frames from. The only trouble I've had is having to fight to get a new frame sent one a broken one is received. Excellent pricing and shipping times. I really like being able to put a image in the frame so I can pick the proper one.
Response from ArtToFramesSep 18, 2026
Adam, we’re glad you enjoy the pricing, fast shipping, and being able to preview your image in the frame before ordering. We’re sorry the replacement process has felt more difficult than it should when a frame arrives damaged. We appreciate the feedback and your continued business.

The frame looks wonderful with the painting! The gold accent complements its yellows and oranges. The packaging was very thorough and nothing was damaged in shipping. My only complaint was the 12 metal darts were in the wrong place (my canvas was 1/2" deep) so I had to painstakingly remove each with plyers to not cause any damage.
Response from ArtToFramesSep 18, 2026
We’re glad the gold accent works so beautifully with the yellows and oranges in your painting and that everything arrived safely. We’re sorry the metal points weren’t positioned well for your 1/2-inch canvas and required so much extra work to remove. We appreciate you calling that detail out.

This was the second 16x20 frame I ordered. The first one was directly from Art to Frames and was a huge disappointment as it was plastic made to look like wood so I ordered another one from amazon and it was actual wood but not as wide as my previous ones. The delivery service was very good but still disappointed in the product!
Response from ArtToFramesSep 7, 2026
Florence, we’re glad the delivery experience went well, but we’re sorry the frame’s material and appearance weren’t what you expected. We’d like to review the exact frame you purchased and how it was presented. Please email your order number to [email protected] so our team can look into it and determine the appropriate next step.

I received a quality frame on time for less than half of what it would have cost me to get it framed at a local store. I wish it had come with instructions for attaching the wire, but I figured it out. The framed print looks great on my wall!
Response from ArtToFramesSep 7, 2026
We’re glad the finished print looks great on your wall and that you found the frame to be such a good value. We also appreciate your feedback about including clearer instructions for attaching the hanging wire.

My print turned out amazing! I was a little surprised that I could not pick it up the same day. I live in Mobile Al and was told I would receive it 7 to 10 days later and shipped was roughly $8 via USPS The print arrived 2 weeks later. It was packed perfectly and worth the wait!
Response from ArtToFramesAug 31, 2026
We’re glad the print turned out so well and arrived carefully packed. We appreciate your patience with the longer-than-expected delivery, especially since you were hoping to pick it up locally. It’s great to hear the finished print was worth the wait.

Nice frame for the money. I would prefer glass as an option.
Response from ArtToFramesAug 31, 2026
Karen, we’re glad you’re happy with the frame and felt it was a good value. We also appreciate your feedback about wanting a glass option.

My order was great other than the package being left a foot away from being covered on the porch. If it had rained, it would’ve gotten wet.
Response from ArtToFramesAug 31, 2026
Judith, we’re glad you were happy with the order itself, but we can see why having the package left just outside the covered area of your porch was concerning. We are glad it stayed dry, and we appreciate you sharing the delivery feedback with us.
