There were a lot of options to choose from and it was nice to find an option in a size I needed. It shipped quickly and I received it in a couple days. I paid over $90 for the 17x22 frame and it feels very cheap. It feels like plastic and the glass is plexiglass. I was expecting real wood and glass for the price I paid. I’m glad I did not order two like I initially planned.

We appreciate you sharing your feedback regarding the frame's quality and materials. We understand your disappointment with the plexiglass and feel of the frame, especially given the price. We are always working to improve our product descriptions and will consider your comments for future enhancements.

We have tried very hard to do regular business with this company but have found them to be very difficult to communicate with. Between items arriving broken and only being partially replaced and their failure to refund overcharged taxes when promised we encourage them to do better to re earn our business in the future.

Hi, We're very sorry to hear about the broken items, partial replacement concerns, and the unresolved tax refund issue. That is not the experience we want for a customer trying to do regular business with us. Please contact us with your order information so we can review the replacement history and the tax refund issue again. We would like to take another look and see what we can do to make this right.

When I ordered the frames, I thought they were wood. They are not and seem to be a paperboard covered with a faux wood plastic (?) coating. The hanger is one of those 1" wide metal plates with the serrated edge. Seems very cheap and not a good way to hang frames since they easily get crooked. Disappointed in the quality.

Very disappointed. The film on the plexiglass is a good idea. However, when I pulled it off, I couldn't believe my eyes. The plexiglass was foggy. I wiped it off—no results. I thought there was another film below that. I tried for a few minutes to get the film off what I thought was both sides. There was no film. The plexiglass is so foggy it looks greasy. It's not dirty. It's not a film. It's a POS piece of acrylic plexiglass that they tout as Tru Clear. Anything but. The frame itself seems to be okay, although the set of hanging items is a little anachronistic. Overall, my experience throughout the entire process leads me to believe that I would not purchase from this company again. 2/5. Poor.

I will not use ArtToFrames either. I had a very nice frame that I wanted to use for this project so I just ordered the double matts and a piece of glass. Well the matts came out ok although the color of the inner matte was off but the real problem was they sent a very small piece of glass (8X10) for a 30X20 matte that they made for me. I talked with customer service and was told thats what I ordered. I don't know how in the world that could happen. But my real gripe is the left hand has no idea what the right hand is doing. If I did order the small glass for this project, wouldn't it be a red flag that this wont work in my order...at least a phone call.

There are a good number of frames to choose from but they take sooo long to get to me. Unfortunately, I have to go back to my former art framer for custom frames. One, which I didn’t realize until after checkout (my fault) was scheduled for up to 30 days!! What frame takes a month? Oh, they also sell through Amazon so that is why everything takes so long. Direct buy customer are apparently second rate.

This company took longer to complete my order than other companies I've used, and when my frames arrived, they were all damaged. It was clear they weren't damaged in shipping, but in the mitering and gluing process, BEFORE they were shipped. (The glass was also broken, probably during shipping.) It took several days of contacting them before I received a reply. They promised me replacements, but it's been three weeks, and I still haven't received the replacements.
