The puzzle frame arrived badly damaged, with multiple frame pieces broken/snapped at the ends and one piece completely separated. The acrylic was also visibly damaged and bent, so the items are not usable.

I keep receiving emails asking for feedback on my order, and I keep responding that I am not happy with what I received. No one from this company reaches out, though. They seem to only pretend to care about customer satisfaction.

Terrible quality and poor customer service. I ordered three frames for pictures in a rental house that we only visit every few months (therefore I did not open the box when it first received). There was zero padding around the frames. All three frames were broken and the acrylic was broken on one frame. The frames are NOT WOOD. They are a very cheap composite (sawdust with a little glue) and very susceptible to cracking. Rather than make it right, the company will replace them for an additional $50 fee and their response to the cheap construction is that the detail could be found under 'specs'. They quality of these frames was so cheap that it's not worth another $50. That would simply be throwing good money after bad. I'm out $200 with no acceptable recourse. BUYER BEWARE!

I was looking forward to a nice frame, but what I received was an inferior, low quality product. Two of the frame's corners were out of alignment (one edge sticking up higher than the other, creating a ridge rather than a flush surface), and one of them has a visible gap. Three of the sides have scratches/blemishes/dents. This is not something I can hang on my wall and is definitely not worth the amount I paid for it.

I have ordered more than a few frames from this company. The latest order of three frames arrived with the glass in one of them broken into three pieces. The shipping box was undamaged and I emailed them about getting the glass replaced ( the frame was not damaged). I received a reply that stated they would review the situation. A few days later I received a second email containing only a photo of the package on my porch with no explanation nor any further response. They will not return my emails. Unacceptable customer service. The fact that the shipping box was undamaged and the frame itself was undamaged and the other two frames and glass undamaged leads me to conclude that it was shipped this way. No offer to make it right even though their website says they will. There are other frame sellers and I will make use of them. I am done with ArtToFrames. Overpriced anyway and refuse to help when needed.
