This is my new go-to framing place …
This is my new go-to place when I want to frame something. They make the design so easy. The pricing is reasonable and the products are high-quality and exactly what you expect. I just purchased a frame as a gift for someone and I’m about to go back and buy myself the exact same frame so I can frame the same piece of artwork for myself because it looks so good! Also- the shipping / delivery was extremely quick and the product was very well packaged to prevent any damage during shipping.
Response from ArtToFramesAug 16, 2026
Kelly, we love hearing that the frame turned out so well you’re planning to order the same one for yourself. We’re also glad the design process was easy and that everything arrived quickly and well protected. Thanks for making us your new go-to for framing.

Good Customer Service
The first frame I received had subpar miters with only 1/4 being what I consider passable with slight gaps in between them. I contacted customer service and they promptly dealt with the issue and sent me a replacement frame. The new frame is better quality with more attention to detail. Based on the corrected frame and my customer service experience I would order from this supplier again.
Response from ArtToFramesAug 16, 2026
Hamilton, we appreciate you giving us the opportunity to correct the issue with the miters on your first frame. We’re glad the replacement showed the attention to detail you expected and that our customer service team handled everything promptly. It means a lot to know you’d order from us again.

Your selection of frames was wonderful
Your selection of frames was wonderful, and the turnaround matched. Perfectly packed, so that in spite of a ding in the outer box, nothing was damaged. I will shop with you again! Thank you very much.
Response from ArtToFramesAug 16, 2026
We’re glad you enjoyed the frame selection and quick turnaround. It’s also great to hear the careful packaging kept everything protected despite the ding to the outer box. We appreciate you choosing us and look forward to helping with your next project.
