It's fine, but for the price it feels a bit cheap (likely b/c it was a custom size). The order process and delivery was all good.

I had to touch up the inside corners where the paper did not cover the frame. Other than that, it worked for my fused glass piece.

I appreciated very much the chance to choose the details of a frame's dimensions because I wanted to match an existing frame. What I got wasn't an exact match, but close enough. The old frame had a hanger at the top that was attached with screws, more secure, I expect, than the one supplied with the ArtToFrames frame.

Bruce, we’re glad the customization options helped you find a close match for your existing frame. Your frame should have included a sawtooth hanger, which is designed to hold this frame securely and is often easier to position on the wall than a wire hanger. We do offer additional hanging hardware options on our website for customers who prefer a different setup.

On my initial introduction to ArtToFrames, the first batch of five frames one had the glass broken. I contacted them and sent pictures and they immediately sent a new glass. Thanks for your response and 10 great frames. Regards, David Nice

The inner mat barely covered my 9 x 24 painting. It took a while to get it set to make sure it was all under the mat. It did not leave any play for adjustment. The frame is nice , The acrylic glass was great and the mats were nice, just cut a bit bigger than planned.

Initially ordering was a bit confusing. As an artist I am used to ordering by the frame opening size and the mat opening size; not by the size of my artwork. I was very satisfied with the product. The package was delivered inside my screened solid roof entry foyer as it should have been although I was puzzled as to why it was not left leaning against the solid wall but instead was left against the one screened wall that left the package unprotected in the unpredictable south Florida rain. Again, I was very satisfied with the product, but could only rate it 4 stars overall due to the above two issues.
