Our records show the replacement was issued on September 13, shipped on September 15, and delivered on September 19. Vincent, we stand behind the product and would hate for you to discard something that can still be used as intended. The glazing is shipped with protective film on both sides, and both layers need to be fully removed for it to become clear. If you’ve removed the film from both sides and there’s still a problem, please email your order number and pictures showing the issue to [email protected] and we’ll be happy to take a closer look.

Dave, we’re sorry UPS left your package in the middle of the gravel driveway. That’s certainly not where we’d want a frame to be left. We hope the frame itself arrived safely and in perfect condition despite the delivery placement.
