Consistently dispatch items in an excellent time frame. Not all items are great quality but I work with the ones I do believe are a good standard. Not had brilliant results with the quality of clothing but bags, boots and umbrellas have been brilliant. Not often items go missing, if an item is damaged they won’t offer a full refund which is annoying but they usually send a replacement although they have been difficult on occasion. Customer service wise they usually respond in a good time frame. Over all I can trust them with the drop ship part of my business and they are a lot faster than somebody their other competitors.
