Awful service. They sent me wrong size but customer service ignores my request.

No full refunds for undelivered products. They asked for additional cost for product replacement due to their system Error. Its not easy for you to get product guarantee from them. I would suggest to stay away from this company based on my experience.

Have had products sitting for a month. They are marked shipped within 5 days of ordering but they are not. The tracking number provided only states label has been made. Then when you contact them to get more info, they ghost you. The price of the products are tempting, but trust me, it’s not worth the headache of getting your product. I should probably be the one getting paid as I’ve spent so much time trying to get answers out of them as to if my orders have even shipped! Still no answers.....

Poor quality construction of products, extremely slow to replace defective products, customer service not helpful. Promotional discounts never apply. Shipping is not direct. Orders are group shipped to a US company, then split up and shipped by DHL whom holds the products, then finally give to a Post Office (30-45 days)
