Regards to the comments about ArtsAdd, i can honestly say we have had a lovely experience with them. Some of our product inside labels wasn’t the best printed, but the products are great custom quality for the price. However the customer service especially from Tina is outstanding! & I think people should check sizing and material of the product first to save an angry review (communication is key!)

When people expect to receive refunds on customized and personalized merchandise, you have to understand that consumers have a responsibility to read terms of service AND realize that tailored goods means no refund is warranted. That's like expecting a refund after you take something home and stitch your initials on it. I have experienced EXCELLENT customer service (same day or next day replies, transparency, and helpful suggestions. Shipping is not bad considering its worldwide standard/flat rate and tracking is always realistic. I think most people's expectations are insatiable nowadays. Life is what you make it. I recommend businesses order samples to test quality and preferences prior to selling on their websites to avoid having to post negative reviews.
