ARTSABERSReviews of artsabers.com

This company is nothing but a drop-shipping company. They sell lightsabers straight from China and don't mention this anywhere on their site. Shipping takes ages and the product arrived damaged because it was packaged poorly. They want me to complain to the shipping company even though they are the ones who should do so. I regret buying anything from this company and would advise everybody else to stay away. In short: - Slow shipping - Poor packaging - Bad service

I got my lightsaber last night and was very upset to see the lightsaber destroyed. The blade was all crooked in the middle, there were parts of the hilt destroyed and the lightsaber would not turn on. I recommend to stay away from this company as they take stuff from AllyExpress and spray paint it, along with doubling the price. Go to UltraSabers, they have so much more stuff and better quality! I expected a lot more than a dented box and destroyed lightsaber. I send them an email and pictures, and no response for weeks. Terrible Delivery and customer service.

My saber hilt came broken and customer service is awful. I will not but from them again if they do not solve this

Purchased the ep3 anakin proffie lightsaber had it for 7 days used it lightly as it is a expensive hilt and the speaker went out. Contacted customer support and was told I would receive a repair kit in 3 to 4 weeks to repair a product that is supposed to be covered by a warranty. I am no sabersmith and I am new to the hobby I even let them know I could not do the repair on my own and requested as advertised that they fix their faulty product to no avail. So after investing over 500 dollars on a product now I have to find a sabersmith at extra cost to fix a product that the company should be responsible for. Save some more money and don't be ripped off

DON'T BUY YOUR LIGHTSABER FROM ARTSABERS. DO YOUR HOMEWORK AND BUY A RELIABLE LIGHTSABER FROM SOMEONE WHO IS TRUSTED. IT'S TOO HIT AND MISS WITH ARTSABERS. I ordered the the Luke Skywalker "Weathered" Lightsaber and I was sent a hybrid . Also, I had to wait a very long time for my lightsaber to be SENT FROM CHINA. Yes that is correct, the Lightsabers are made and sent from China. The item I received had absolutely no weathering, and as I mentioned before, it was a made up of mixed parts. At the time, I paid extra for the weathered version too. What's worse, now it's not working at all!!!! So now it really is junk. Artsabers said they are not interested in helping me. If they decide to send me what I paid for (and working) I will change my feedback.

Do not buy! Stay away. They are such a bad company with zero communication. They sent me a tracking number that does nothing. It's been in the Same spot for 3 weeks now. I lost money here

AVOID. Poor quality / worse service. A £400 item started to malfunction within a few months / both electrically and physically started to fall apart. Customer service non-existent. Really regret buying from them.

Order #1888460652 I placed an order at December and a few weeks later I received a call from DHL about my order, informing me that the package is at the local customs and I have to pay a fee in order to import the package. When I made the purchase, it was clear that the package will be shipped to me (Greece) from Latvia not China, so I didn't have to worry about custom fees. Secondly, the description on the package didn't match the description in the order, so as DHL informed me it is highly possible that the custom clerks will not allow the import despite the proofs that I have sent to them about the identification of the package. Later it became highly possible that I had to pay an extra 170$ for a fault that was their's. After contacting them, they offered to pay any extra charges but they never did. I sent them the receipt from the customs and they stated that the fee is too high (53 euros) so they never gave me the refund. Terrible customers service, avoid them.
