İts been a week im still waiting a response to my refund e-mail.They are making low cost invoice to avoid tax at customs but for the same reason customs not convinced with the price and not allowing the item to be cleared and artsabers not taking responsibilty for it, My order hasnt been delivered , i want a refund but they re refusing to reply my e-mails.Untrustworthy company. Do not buy. Edit: after i reached them thru instagram , they were gentle tried to help , in the end i got my refund but it was a battle anyway. Just to know , if you have problems with orders , reach them on instagram , dont bother yourself with emails.

I ordered here 2 simplex v2 lightsabers on the 1st of may. After a week of no information about my order i decided to contact them and they replied only after 2 days and DIDNT ANSWER MY QUESTION. I asked why i have such a delay and they answered "Try to check the packaging box we sent two lightsabers order in 1 box." But then i finally recieved my tracking number and now it in transit for 2 weeks. I dont know if i will get my package at all. So i will update this review if i get it. UPDATE. I finally recieved my order after a month of waiting and it is totally ok. So now i will give 4 stars for the quality of sabers and 1 star for customer service, they have no contact with their customers at all. They dont answer your e-mails. I will not order from them and suggest you to stay away from this company. After reading another reviewes i understood that i am lucky that my order was sent to me because there are a lot of people who payed and recieved nothing.

Its a weird Company. I wanted to know if i have to pay the import taxes (because they tell u they pay all the taxes) and they responded with an "@newaccount16242..." mail adress and themself in CC with a gmail adress. I am a trained E-Commerce Employee and that looks reeaalllly weird to me i dont know if i should risk it and something like this is normal in the US or they are scamming or something else. Maybe they´ll reply to all the reviews and make something clear like why they use a gmail adress or a "@newaccount16564..."

I'm just confused about the reviews, half of them are bad, and another half are amazing. I don't know who to believe, and I don't know if I should buy them or not.

I'm just curious about the reviews. Every single one has grammatical errors. Most of which, make the review sound like someone that is not familiar with the English language typed it up. So I have to wonder if these are actual reviews or just made up for the purpose of propping up the seller.
