My lightsaber did arrive. But the button fell off after less than two weeks. They have been very bad at responding to my mails, and then after 3 weeks send a video of how I could reassemble it. But after I did that the button fell off again. This was not worth the many money. And the service was not good.
Nerfdominator
I ordered a neopixel blade kit for one of my sabers, unknowingly I selected the wrong charging port. When it arrived in the mail, it was easy to assemble and use but after giving it a couple swing tests the blade it would not turn on what ever I did. The core works, but the blade shut off completely, and won’t turn on again. It worked perfectly, but now it’s worth like 20 bucks. I’m trying to contact art sabers as we speak so I can either replace it or get my money back. And as someone who isn’t really much of a tech person, I do not know how to send videos to the email even if I try.

Delivery was fast, well and safe packed but the lightsword didn’t match my sons expectations and the price is far too high… but I would give 3 stars so far. Now the part we would give 1 star or less: From German law you can return an order without reasons, they asked several times for them, you have to pay for the shipping, the address in Latvia isn’t reachable. So I had to go to over PayPal and hope that I’ll get the money back.
