It's a pretty good basic baselit saber. If your goal is duelling or saber twirling, you'll want a slim svelt saber hilt like this. You don't want to get a hilt with a bunch of protruding parts. When installing the blade, don't use all 4 screws. I just used two on the main vertical area. Too much pressure will actually prevent the blade from making good friction surface area contact. Put on some hockey tape for extra grip during more complex twirling.

This is my first lightsaber and I couldn't wait for it to be delivered. It arrived in good condition and appears to be well built and very bright. Heavier than I expected though. But that's not really an issue. The xenopixel v3 board is nice, quite a lot of fonts and colors to choose from and is very responsive. Having an app to make changes faster is definitely a plus and it's something that added to the decision of buying a lightsaber. One thing I don't like is that volume level setting does not persist after power off>power on cycle, no matter the way you set it (hilt menu or app). Overall, I'm happy with my purchase and it was worth the wait (aprox 2.5 weeks delivery time). Can easily recommend it as a first budget neopixel lightsaber.

If only these Light Sabres existed when i first watched Star Wars in the 90’s I love them so much that I have bought the total of 3 for me and my friends, now we find each other duelling after a few drinks 😂
