ordered a lightsaber on the 1st. with an expected ship date by March 9th. several attempts to find a status on this either receives no reply or a message that says no worries friend we will send tracking when it shipped. It's been a month with no shipment or clear response.

It took me a month over to get this item from the seller. Their commitment is 18-21 days after ordering. They blamed it on local delivery when chasing up on 14days but later said they had been on holidays after 30days. So not sure which to believe. So it’s really bad reputation for them. I won’t trust them too much. Especially when you ordered it for your child. Good solid product just let down by this long delivery date....

Disgusting, lying company. Bought a £400 saber. 2 months on haven’t received a thing. No tracking info either. Customer service is the worst I’ve ever experienced. Asked for a refund and all of a sudden they disappear. Also none of these sabers are theirs, they come straight from LGT store in China.

DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS COMPANY. I ordered a lightsaber for £309.67 after Euro conversion on 31/01/2021. I waited for over a month for the item to be processed and had zero communication from the seller until I reached out to them. I then decided before it was shipped to cancel it as I was within my right to do so. He then told me that it was “going out this week”. After he told me that he would not refund me as I was outside of his shipping agreement, I reviewed his shipping agreement and was 100% within my right to cancel and proceed with a refund. He then contacted me again by email to say “it’s already gone out, it is what it is” which is a disgusting way to speak to somebody who handed you over £300 for a service that hadn’t even received. I was honestly very excited to have the item and I’m totally gutted that it hasn’t worked out. But on no planet in any universe with this person be getting my money, and I hope to encourage people to stay away from this company and take their well earned money else where. I have plenty of emails to back this up as evidence so if that is requested in the future, I’ll be sure to keep them.
