Stole my money never shipped product

I ordered two items from ar naturals which they then charged my credit card four times for the one order. After disputing with my credit card company, they corrected the charges. Yet today I learned they only delivered half my order which was for my mother-in-law. They shipped the gallon, but not the 8 bottles of 8oz hand sanitizer. Their sites shows my order is complete and the confirmation email they sent me shows all items, but only received half my order. There are other companies scamming people this same exact way. Please research and be very careful with who you trust when ordering. Since ar naturals will not respond to my emails and they are not taking anyone’s calls, I’m hoping my review will help anyone trying to avoid a company that’s dishonest.

I'm giving two stars only because I actually received one of my orders. I placed two separate orders on 4/6. Received a notification from UPS that a label was made for the first one. That order still says a label was made, no tracking available. The second order my parents received the next day. I received the order shipped email the day after that. Sent an email to the company on Wednesday asking about my first order. No response. Early this morning I filed a claim with PayPal for my first order. I understand this company might be overwhelmed with orders however that does not excuse the absolute horrible customer service. I will never buy anything from this brand ever again.

Had the same experience with ordering 4 bottles and getting 3. Also, th3 safety seals on these bottles were very weak with one bottle leaking during transit. Sent several emails to both info and sales and they both bounced after several hours of repeated attempts to deliver. An absolute scam such that I do not know whether to trust the 3 bottles delivered. Avoid!

I ordered four bottles of Hand sanitizer for $45. They arrived yesterday and they were only three bottles, yet I was charged for four. Have been calling and emailing and nobody is responding. Very poor customer service. Do not recommend this company at all.

Crooks. No more to know. Absolute crooks misrepresenting products, using false picture, and no customer service is available.
