I order a gallon of sanitizer receiver shipping label 2 days later from UPS whatever was processed ready for pickup of course that never happened tried emailing tried calling no response now started looking at reviews and it seems like it's their MO. Sending them new email today letting him know that they have took until Tuesday morning to respond and or show that the order was picked up by UPS if no response from them Tuesday afternoon I will notify PayPal to dispute charge refund my money and also notify the California State Attorney's office.

TERRIBLE !! Shorted my order, and will NOT return Phone calls or emails !! How could service be any worse ?? RIPOFF !

$1500 order shows shipped and complete. Shipper never picked up package to deliver in tracking. They don’t pick up phones and after emailing 10times no reply. This order is for our company drivers that deliver medical equipment and supplies to patients homes and hospitals. I don’t care how busy they are. This is fraud. With all this unemployment they can hire people to verify and answer emails

STAY AWAY FROM THIS SCAM COMPANY!!! Sent half my order but billed me for entire order. Sent numerous emails and phone calls with no response whatsoever.

Never received an order I placed on PayPal tried to call thousands of times nobody ever answers the phone and no one replies to emails. Bad customer service.

Terrible company. Don’t buy from here. I ordered 4 pack hand sanitizer ($38) and added a small item for free shipping. Package came and no hand sanitizers. It’s infuriating since they don’t answer their phone or respond to emails. I had to dispute the charge on PayPal. Such a scam.

Ordered March 10th, they generated UPS label on the 16th, UPS never received the package. Today is 4-15-20 - numerous emails and phone calls, nothing! These people are selling hand sanitizer, so this is a critical product now, not just aromatherapy oils.

SCAM!! Never received anything. Sent 4 unanswered emails and couldn’t ever get anyone on the phone!!!! I encourage others to spread the word to NOT use this company for anything!!!
