artnaturals®Reviews of artnaturals.com

I ordered a gallon of hand sanitizer in April and they sent me crap. The smell of tea tree oil in it is overpowering and there should NOT be tea tree oil in it. Tea tree oil is NOT listed on the ingredients. It smells disgusting. There is so much tea tree oil in it that when I put it on my skin, it burns my skin. I contacted Art Naturals through email - no reply, Facebook - automated reply but no reply from a human, and Instagram - reply from a human who told me that they were passing me off to someone else and no one got back to me. I filed a claim on PayPal. They took the maximum amount of time to respond to my claim and then they had the audacity to offer a partial refund. I expect a FULL refund for this useless crap. I ordered unscented alcohol based hand sanitizer and I received a gallon of gross congealed gel like substance full of tea tree oil. This is not ok. Total scam artists. Do not give Art Naturals your money because you might not get what you ordered and you won't get your money back.

I'm not sure how what they are actually selling inside the bottles of hand sanitizer but the ingredients list is fake. I think Target was desprate to get more hand sanitizer in stock so they agreed to sell it without researching the company. It smells worse than I can even describe and I do not trust it to actually kill germs since I don't even know what's in it.

Purchased a gallon sanitizer on 4/17/20. Got a confirmation the next day that it shipped and tracking was provided. On 5/5/20, I emailed customer service to cancel the order because I no longer want the product and on 5/10/20 they sent me an email that the item is in transit. They shipped the item on 5/9/20. So basically, they disregard my cancellation request and decide to fulfill the order regardless. Will not be ordering from this company again. They charge you and wait 3 weeks to ship your item.

This company sucks. Save your money you will never receive your product. It’s a scam. I should of looked up reviews before ordering. I have learned my lesson.

Artnaturals Hand Sanitizer stank up my car when I applied it to my hands. The hand sanitizer smelled like moldy old shoes that had been sweated in and never washed or sanitized.

Ripped off and no customer service

Scam!! Ordered hand sanitizer and received a tracking # but the product never made it to the shipper and I never received my hand sanitizer. Many other people have had the same issue. Seem like they have decided to scam people out of money during this time.

Ordered sanitizer on 3/12. Ups says items never shipped. 4/24 and never received order. Complete scam of a business. Stay away from this company!!
