I don’t appreciate paying good money for hand sanitizer and then finding out that it contains toxic ingredients. Shame on you.

every bottle leaked out into the box - and we couldn’t use any of them

my first order for some reason not delivered and sent back. i sent an email and was contacted bu phone and sent another order. great customer service!!

My order took almost a month to be dropped off to be mailed out after receiving a tracking number. When it did finally arrive, it was missing half the order. Repeated attempts to contact them were unsuccessful. Finally had to put through a claim through PayPal to get refunded for the portion of the order that wasn't shipped.

BEWARE OF ARTNATURALS! This company is despicable. I have been trying to get in contact with Artnaturals for 3 months and counting regarding the Benzene in their sanitizer products. They will not return phone calls, emails or any social media messages. I am not the only person dealing with this, there are tons of other customers they are ignoring regarding this issue. They should be responding to customers, at the very least, and issuing refunds for their poisoned products. I’m concerned about the health implications after using these products several times a day for extended periods of time, and I can’t believe that this company will not even address their wrongdoing!

Product arrived EXTREMELY late ONLY after disputing the charge with my bank. Additionally, once the hand sanitizer arrived some of the bottles were half full and the consistency of the product was terrible and varying thickness across the different gallons. I was not able to use any of it and wished I never ordered. This was a complete RIP off!

Ordered a gallon of the hand sanitizer and it never arrived. Sent an email wondering where the order was and they promptly overnighted another gallon. Excellent service!

Great product, does not leave a sticky residue once fully dissolved.
