Ordered a necklace, lovely, screw came out of it after a short while- they charged me $20 for a new screw for me to fix it! Then, ordered a bracelet. Again, lovely. Fell off after two days and is now lost because of it. Wrote a negative review for their website and they didn’t post it bc they only post 5 star reviews for themselves.

I ordered the layered necklace. The two shorter ones were the same length and didn’t layer like the picture. Tried to send it back but never got an email with an invoice number. Called several times. They never answer.

Worst customer service ever. Ordered a bracelet which never came. Only after bugging them repeatedly for weeks did I get a response saying oh sorry it’s sold out. Then like an idiot, I ordered a necklace and paid for expedited shipping in 1-3 days. Did not receive it. They returned the 10 dollar shipping fee but have yet to see the order even leaving the warehouse? What kind of fly by night operation is this?

Gentlemen Artizan, I regret and I will regret buying with you for the rest of my life, you are not a serious company... and I feel scammed again, I am writing through this medium and for the second time... you were able to solve my problem and I still have not received a response, do not be dishonest and Send me what never arrived and that was already paid apart from the 62 dollars that I had to pay for shipping, there was never anything like this...you are the worst company!!...respond!!

The truth is in the photo they look beautiful, but when you have it in your hands they look low quality, I eagerly bought a set and it is not what I expected, one of the chains is so bad that my neck started to itch and it also smells to metal, I enter my order and it won't let me return the product, I don't have a good experience, cheap and expensive jewelry

Artisan Joyeria Order #108881 I ordered size 8 inch bracelet. Bracelet I received measured 7” inches. Returned 7” bracelet. Received (at no extra charge) 7.5” bracelet. I gave up and did not return the 7.5” bracelet. I could not tell if I liked the bracelet because I never got it see it on my wrist. UPDATE: It’s now March 18, 2024 and I still have not heard from Artizan Joyeria about the bracelet I ordered. They said that they would contact me and make it right, not yet.

UPDATE 1/5/24 - They reached out and agreed to exchange the ring for a completely different ring without stones in it if I paid the difference and shipping and handling to which I agreed. ORIGINAL REVIEW: They do not stand by their products. Do not buy from this low class jewelry store. Bought a square ring with cz stones in it and less than 3 months later the stones are falling out and they won't do anything about it. You can find better quality at Claire's in the mall. I will never purchase from them ever again. Run far away or you will waste your money for poor quality jewelry and TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!
