What made my experience great was, the piece was beautiful. But it was too small. I love how they just jump right on it. They emailed me quickly and told me what to do. In other words, the customer service was outstanding. No BS. that's what's up.

I LOVE JEWELRY, especially good jewelry. ARTIZAN IS AMAZING!!!Everything about it is first class! The designs are modern and the stacking concept of the necklaces and bracelets is so on trend that I can use them for day or evening. The jewelry is incredibly beautiful and well made at a very good price point. I have worn the Herradura Layered Necklace so many times since purchasing. It is such a unique piece that can be worn to dress up or go with jeans and a tshirt. The coin rings are also unique and beautiful. My only feedback is they fit small, I had to order a size up from my regular ring size.
