Great customer service.

I've ordered four barn door kits from Artisan Hardware in the past few years. I collect and hang unique vintage doors sourced from Seattle salvage stores — a barn door is the perfect solution for my home. Thank you Artisan Hardware!

I haven’t even installed my tracks yet but don’t need to, to give an excellent rating. All parts are quality crafted and I was surprised at how remarkable the handles themselves are. I bought the top mount micro mounts and can tell just by looking and handling them, they are of excellent Quality. It’s obvious this company takes tremendous pride in their work and quality of their product. I will be buying more at the second stage of my farmhouse Reno.

Excellent customer service! Our original door arrived w some minor damage that occurred during shipping. I sent them a few photos and a new door was shipped immediately. Very timely and great to work with!

great company.....

We really like how the Artisan Hardware looks and works on our barn door. It was just what I was looking for and for a reasonable price.

Great product and lovely customer service.

Excellent quality barn door hardware. Well made, heavy high-grade steel, great finishes on all metal hardware. Very well designed and works as advertised. Only consideration is the pricey cost. But, you get what you pay for.
