Artisan HardwareReviews of artisanhardware.com

THe company is really amazing. The work product is of the highest quality, their support both online and by phone (Cameron was completely committed to resolving my issues) have been incredibly responsive. Their problem resolution (self inflicted by me) is one from a company that puts the client experience first. You all are amazing and I thank you. One comment for improvement is the instruction packet. I got an extra large door and the instructions with the additions new components didn't relate at all. Other than that amazing business and thank you.

One side of my toilet roll holder had broken and called to have the mounting piece replaced. I was certainly willing to pay. Instead they sent me an entire new unit. Outstanding customer service.

High Quality hardware, looks great. Great customer service. Installation instructions could have been a bit more clear. Just take your time installing, most of it is common sense. If you are in stalling bi parting doors, it is essential that you get the hangars as square as possible. The videos are very helpful as well.

This was the first time we ever tried to order a barn door online. Frankly we probably would not have done so if it weren’t for the incredibly easy website that walked us through every step. Even after we placed the order, we woke up in a panic one night realizing our measurement was off. One of our ceiling beams might have been in the way. We called Arisan and they were amazing. They adjusted the size on the spot without any hassle. Soon we got our new door and it was perfect. We had it installed and it really looks incredible. If I could rate them 10 stars I would. BTW: nobody paid me to say this.

I rarely provide online reviews, but I really liked the quality and timeliness of the barn door hardware we received. And the folks I talked to on the phone while placing my order were very friendly and helpful. I could tell my order was important to them and they made sure it met our expectations. Nice job.

I was referred to artisan by my local ace hardware store. Artisan had exactly what I was looking for and I ordered it online and when I called, the woman that I talked to was very friendly and professional, they shipped my product out right away and I was able to get the barn door built and hung for my wife with plenty of time befor Christmas. Thanks Artisan YOU ROCK

Love my handle for my barn door. Great quality, looks awesome and works great. Thanks!!

We ordered 2 custom barn doors with hardware. Quality is excellent. Shipped on time. On-line ordering works well. On-line chat and telephone customer service reps were very knowledgeable and helpful during selection and ordering process. Our contractor had some installation questions and got quick answers over the phone from customer service. Overall a great purchasing experience. Would recommend them without hesitation.
