Our order was delivered in good condition, all present and correct. However, we cannot review the hardware because we have not yet installed the hardware, mostly due to an unending stream of emails requesting that we review it.

Overall very happy with the track and rollers!! But, I'm pretty sure that I put in information that the door was 2 1/4" thick and the bolts for mounting that I received were 2 1/4" thick so they would not work and I had to buy new ones.

door and hardware are of top quality. only issue I had was that track was not cut to specified length as ordered. I had to cut and paint ends.

I ordered replacement hardware for a barn door that I had purchased through a different company, but they didn't sell replacement parts. The part was high quality at a fair price. Package arrived fast, but about a month later I received a second packaging envelope that was empty. Don't know what that was about,

Customer service is excellent. The only reason I gave it 4 stars id because it is still in the crat. I am waiting for my contractor to install it.

The door looked great to begin with but I soon realized that some of the reclaimed wood that was on the surface was falling apart. I had to glue some of the pieces back that came off especially where some of the knots were. The door guide was too short and I had to modify it to make it work.
