They provide a good quality product. However, I requested a magnetized chalk board style per sales persons recommendation. It was not magnetized even though notes were added to the order.

1. Shipping carrier took several attempts to deliver and did finally came on the wrong day, when we were not home. 2. installation instructions failed to identify the top side of the wall mount assembly which is offset from the rail that the door rolls on. We installed it upside down and the wheel bolt scrapes along the wall mount, preventing the door from moving. Hours of our time wasted and we now need to buy new wood and re make the wall mount piece. 3. The quality of the materials and the door are very good. It's too bad the instructions did not show how to install the wall mount properly. Or at least instruct the installer that they need to find proper instructions on-line.

Very affordable hardware, pleasant staff, fast shipping............but overall quality and production of parts was marginal. If I could have seen the parts in advance I would not have ordered them. Also I returned an item via 3 day USPS shipped 8/3/18 and it is now 8/13/18. To date, no refund, credit to card, email, etc. HMMMM!

Generally, a good purchase and am happy with product quality and shipping. However, they forgot to include one part in the package of hardware. Fortunately, it was a minor part and didn't prevent install of the sliding barndoor. They shipped the missing part immediately but this oversight should not happen. Id still use them in future.

The door itself is sturdy. The hardware is nice. The stain job was borderline awful. I’d have failed shop class if I’d turned it in as a project. We got frosted glass and there’s a machining mark that runs across one pane, as if it was scratched by a roller. I console myself in that “hey, it’s a barn door” but that really doesn’t excuse it. That pane should have been rejected. There are no instructions for installing the teardrop lock, but it seems simple enough to manage. Still, I’d have appreciated some instructions. Lastly, I felt like the quality of the screws was subpar relative to the rest of the door. I chose to swap out the screws with a nice set of door screws that have a nickel finish to match the rail. Better that than the little plasticky cover doodads over each countersunk screw head. All in all, it has served my purpose but I wouldn’t design a net new building around their doors.

Barn door delivered was nice, but the delay of product and delivery of door was a pain. Delivery company (RL enterprises) delayed delivery 3x

good but over priced

We installed the paneling a couple of days ago. The product was overall good quality. A few pieces had large open knot holes that we had to cut around. The reason for a less than stellar rating is that they sent me a notice that the material had shipped and should be arriving a week later. So I scheduled installation for a couple of days after that. On the scheduled arrival date, no paneling. So I went to track the shipment only to discover it had just shipped that day, a week after they told me it had already been shipped. Don't know why someone thought it would be a good idea to lie about the ship date.
