Our order was not ready when promised. Shipping information was not supplied until we called repeatedly and requested it. First time working with Artisan Hardware and we were not impressed.

the lock they sold me wouldn't slide past the wall. The window was in the wrong spot. The wood of the door was plain and boring very different from what I was shown, The order was wrong, pretty much everything was a disappointment. I have had the door for months now and the more I look at it the more disappointed I am

I think you've jumped the gun here. You are asking me to rate you, however, I haven't even received an e-mail indicating that my order has shipped. Don't you think it would be wiser to send a customer service survey AFTER you have delivered your product? How am I supposed to rate you without having received/inspected the products?
