I think i already did a review, but if this goes up twice I'm good with that. I love this company and the product. Customer service is awesome, the hardware is beautiful, the follow up and supporting material are great. Everything was easy, quick and friendly.

WILL BUY AGAIN We bought 2 sets of hardware from Artisan Hardware on recommendation from our contractor. We loved the amount of customization when ordering, sizing, colors, material. We are very impressed with the quality too. Thank you!

The hardware was exactly as advertised & arrived in the timeframe we were given when we ordered. It wasn't cheap, but it was what we needed for our Victorian barn door. I would definitely order from Artisian Hardware again.

Our experience with Artisan Hardware has been very positive in almost every regard. The sales team was very helpful with sizing and color selection and provided examples as requested. While the assembly and shipping of our custom door did require about a month, the final product was amazing. Guidance along the way to confirm the guide rail positioning and sizing was invaluable; once the door arrived, pre-assembled, we were ready to install immediately. Josh (sales) was great to work with and Davis was so helpful on the final delivery logistics. Our only reservation and feedback relates the local shipping company used in the Bay Area. They were extremely disorganized, provided varying delivery details (depending on who we talked to), were ultimately unwilling to deliver our residence which required that I borrow a truck and manage that process on my own. Again, Josh and Artisan Hardware were great to work with and offered a sound resolution in the end.

cFred, Thank you for the review. First off I am glad to hear that you love your barn door and had a good experience with our sales team. We work hard to make sure our customers receive quality products. I am sorry about the delivery service. We use a shipping company that connects with your local shipping company. We are always looking into how we can improve and it sounds like we need to look at out freight shipping for doors. Thank you for your feed back.

Our Barn Door exceeded our expectations! The door is not only excellent quality, but it is stunning and it truly completes the room! My husband installed it with ease and it looks amazing. We hit a bump in the road during delivery, but our Sales Rep, Davis Hanson was extremely helpful & accomodating and more than made up for the (third-party) delivery company’s error. 5 Stars for Excellent Quality & Excellent Customer Service!
