Artisan Hardware is a great company to work with. They have a nice range of products that are easily to customize. Pricing is fair - especially when there is a sale going on.:) My product was shipped in a timely matter and arrived in perfect shape. It was easy to install and looks great. I incorrectly ordered one too few floor guides and they were kind enough to ship one to me free of charge. Excellent customer service - I would definitely recommend Artisan Hardware to anyone.
