We have ordered the metal panels twice now. We loved them for the first project so decided to add them to another door project. Great product, great customer service. We have already shared this website with many friends.

Service is top notch. I called to get some technical details before I placed my order and they were very knowledgeable about their product. I was actually surprised how much technical knowledge the rep had, because my questions were very specific. Kudos to great customer service. You just can't find that anymore. My order arrived to the exact specs that I ordered and worked perfectly.

Artisan has tackled my most custom jobs. Each of these are a case study in difficult application or an impossible finish. They executed and doing the impossible has bumps in the road. They smooth out the bumps and take my tough jobs to the finish line. They deserve the 5 star General in my book. Tom Krueger

I am re writing my review. We had an issue on the delivery of the door. After I got in touch with the right person "Davis", he handled everything perfect. My doors arrived the next week and they are beautiful. They compensated me for the issue and were first class on everything. I give them 5 stars.

Artisan hardware took the time to listen to my needs and gave me a perfect solution to my shed door design. Custom measurements worked very well. Would definitely recommend this company for any barn/ shed door hanging hardware and track.
