Artisan HardwareReviews of artisanhardware.com

great service, friendly staff, speedy delivery

Heavy and sturdy. I had to exchange the hardware due to the small size of my door and it was immediately shipped out to me! Excellent customer service!

The website makes it easy to order, and the customer service is really great! The product was exactly as I expected it, and the hardware works great. Very nice product.

Great product and fast shipping

Great product. Well made.

Nice quality

I found Artisan Hardware from online searches for barn doors. I loved the variety/selection and the reviews seemed good. The company felt legit and the products more authentic that what I could get from Lowes or Home Depot. I went through the online process of ordering without contacting Artisan's customer service. Big recommendation: Use their customer support to ensure your order is exactly what you need. I placed an order and it arrived in about 3 weeks. With the crating, the shipment is heavy so be prepared with folks to offload and move it. I ended up having issues with my delivery, and the door was damaged (unusable and unfixable). I took video and photos and filed a claim with Artisan. Their staff really stepped up. I got a call and we worked out a solution. The folks there are really helpful.

Exceptional customer service and top notch product
