Revolutionary Music tool with open potentiel

I would just like to start off that in these times, we all need to have some patience, & I mean really give people a chance! I just received the fulfillment of my order. It took a little longer than I anticipated, & that's okay. I reached out to the customer support & was responded to & helped out, more importantly I was acknowledged! Even after I got my product I confirmed that I got it & was answered back with many thanks quickly. Thank you John Artiphon did me right! I played with it today btw. Love it! Keep up the good work!

I purchased a cover for my Orba ages ago and have heard nothing since, despite sending query emails!

Back when Artiphon first established their presence on Facebook, I was immediately intrigued with their handheld sound generating device, and immediately ordered it - or so I thought! It never arrived, and I just thought my money was lost, as in lots of online transactions. Well, their gizmo appeared again on Facebook nearly a year later, and, disgruntled, I commented that I never received my unit. To my surprise, Artiphon's "Emma" immediately contacted me. She worked with me extensively until we established that apparently, either through website or pilot error, my email address was in their records but my order never processed. I was delighted with Artiphon's sincere effort to resolve the situation, and I then successfully ordered the unit - and, even though I did not comprehend that I had to select a "bundle" in order to get the free case they were offering, Emma even caught this particular error and corrected it so that I would get the case. Now *that* is some outstanding customer service! Artiphon, and Emma, of course, earned my loyalty and huge appreciation!

Cool stuff! The Orba continues to get better with each revision of the software.

I really like Artiphon for the innovative work they do in music instruments, and their aim to fulfill the pleasure of playing for the beginner as for the great musicians (I'm from the first category). I have an Instrument One and an Orba, and both are too funny ! They have a high level of quality, buying and shipping process is perfect too. So, I highly recommend ;-)

Product of the year, hands down!

Orba not working with Bluetooth on Android, disconnects constantly.
